Nourish is pleased to offer regular monthly Virtual Breastfeeding Basics classes designed specifically for patients of Meadows Maternity Low Risk Obstetrics Practice in Calgary, Alberta

This class will cover all the important basics needed to help get your breastfeeding journey off to the best start!

Classes are taught by Leanne Rzepa RN BN IBCLC. Leanne is the owner and founder of Nourish and has helped families achieve their breastfeeding goals for over 20 years!

We promise you will love this class and learn so much to help feel better prepared and increase your confidence as a new mama!

Classes will take place on the last Tuesday of every month at 7:30pm via Zoom
