“After the initial excitement wore off when we found out we were expecting babe number 2 I immediately started to dread the fact that I would have to nurse again. The experience with our first was traumatic to say the least. We pushed through 7 months of manic pumping, an awful latch and many, many tears for both me and my son.

I  contacted Leanne in my third trimester hoping she might be able to help but secretly thinking it likely wouldn’t be any different the second time around. 

I texted her post birth and she came right over. She was thorough and direct. She had more pointers then any google search and made me feel like we could really do this. She was patient, confident and persistent even with a crazy toddler running around and a dog barking non stop. I’m proud to say she changed my entire nursing experience and it’s now my favourite time with my babe. I feel so connected and have finally mastered a proper latch. We are going on 4 months now with no intention to stop.
