Eliza graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ryerson University in 2012. She began her nursing career as a pediatric nurse at the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto. As a Public Health Nurse Eliza has supported prenatal, postpartum, infant, and early years populations.  Spending many years working with mothers and babies she discovered her passion for breastfeeding/ infant feeding and recognized the importance of feeding in the early stages of life. 

Eliza successfully obtained her IBCLC in 2022 and is committed to creating an inclusive, compassionate, and understanding environment to meet the unique needs of families during their breastfeeding/infant feeding journey. Outside of work, Eliza enjoys nature and everything outdoors. She is an advocate for breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation and works to incorporate these practices into her everyday life.
